Terms & Conditions
 

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be made online via our website or over the phone.  

  • We will confirm acceptance of your order, and receipt of payment, via email.

  • Your order details will also be confirmed via email, it is your responsibility to check all the details are correct.

  • Payment in full is required prior to dispatch of butterfly orders.  Exception: approved Funeral Directors will be provided a Tax Invoice for payment via their Accounts Department.  Terms 7 days.

  • For order totals less than $500 - full payment of your order total is required at the time of ordering, your payment will be treated as a 100% deposit and subject to our cancellation and refund policies.

  • For order totals over $500 and event date more than 5 weeks from date of ordering - a deposit of 50% may be paid at the time of ordering, alternatively full payment will be accepted if preferred to finalise in one transaction. The balance outstanding of your order total must be paid at least 14 days prior to delivery.  

  • We accept payment by direct deposit/bank transfer or credit card. 

  • A merchant fee of 2.5% of your order total will be applied to payments via credit card.  If paying by credit card you authorise us at the time of ordering to charge your credit card for your order total plus the relevant 2.5% merchant fee amount.

  • If paying by direct deposit/bank transfer your order will be confirmed when the transfer has been received in our bank account.  Receipt of payment is required prior to dispatch, for short notice orders there must be sufficient time for bank transfer to be received (approx. 1-2 business days) prior to the scheduled day for dispatch otherwise payment is to be made via credit card.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel your order within 5 weeks of delivery.  To cancel your order – please email us.

  • Deposits, less a 15% administration fee (and less any merchant fee), will be refunded if you cancel your order with more than 5 weeks notice prior to delivery. 

  • We will confirm cancellation of your order and your entitlement (if any) to a refund via email. 

  • Any refund entitlements will be paid in the same manner in which you paid us.  For payments via direct deposit we will require your bank account details.

  • Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders at any time at its absolute discretion.  In the event your order is cancelled by Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid to us.

  • There will be no entitlement to a refund in the event of bad weather.  Note: it is extremely bad weather conditions that would prevent the butterflies being released, in particular butterflies should not be released in heavy rain or strong gusting winds - it is recommended to wait for the weather to ease and then do your butterfly release.  Any concerns about the weather – please contact us if you require further guidance.

  • We do not guarantee an effective butterfly release if our instructions are not followed. 

 

Delivery

  • Your delivery details will be confirmed via email, it is your responsibility to check all the details are correct.

  • Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with you prior to the scheduled day for delivery.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the personal acceptance (either yourself or a nominated friend or family member) of the delivery of your butterflies.  

  • Delivery of butterflies will not be left at an unattended address, and will require a signature. 

  • If a delivery address is unattended, for the welfare of the butterflies they will be returned to us.  In this event there will be no entitlement to a refund.

  • To ensure all our butterflies arrive safe and healthy, they are individually selected after feeding and exercising and placed securely into our specially designed insulated protective packaging with its own cooling pack(s) inside. The butterflies then go into a natural hibernation and safely ‘sleep’ during transit.  

  • Our expertise puts the welfare of the butterflies as highest priority and we proudly guarantee a 100% success rate. Casualties during transit are extremely rare, in the extremely unlikely event your butterflies have been delivered suffering casualties please contact us immediately. Any expired butterflies are to be returned to us at our expense for your entitlement to a refund.

  • Following delivery the care of your butterflies is your responsibility – care instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your order (via email).

  • In the event that there is a failure to deliver your order in time for your special event due to a delay during transit or otherwise, we will refund all monies that you have paid us (in the same manner in which you paid us).  Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in any amount greater than what you have paid us. 

 

Miscellaneous

  • Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd will supply you with care instructions for your butterflies together with instructions for your butterfly release. You must follow these instructions – we will not be responsible for any loss or damage if you fail to follow our instructions after delivery of your butterflies.

  • As we breed our butterflies in their natural environment the supply of butterflies is subject to natural events that may impact on their availability.  In the event that Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd is unable to fulfil your butterfly order we will notify you with as much notice as possible and we will refund all monies that you have paid us (in the same manner in which you paid us). Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in any amount greater than what you have paid us.

  • Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or misfortune arising directly or indirectly from our supply of butterflies, packaging, equipment or otherwise. 

Privacy
 

Your privacy and its protection is important to us.  Other than those details required in the fulfilment of your order, all personal details provided to Beloved & Blissful Pty Ltd will not be disclosed to any third party.
